1 COMPANY DESCRIPTION 职位描述
It is a worldwide logistics company with head quarter in Switzerland, opening its first subsidiary in China in Shanghai since 1996. It has three major divisions, based on the freight forwarding market. These are Air Freight, for fast transit times, Ocean Freight for economical prices and Projects for special cargo. Now the company looks for suitable people to take care of its Guangzhou office and help to maintain and develop the freight business in Guangzhou.
2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职能
This person should have a strong function in Air Freight and she / he will report to the MD in Shanghai directly.
Responsibilities will include:
? Maintain a high level of customer service with existing customers using face-to-face visits, problem solving, issue resolution, and administrative follow- up. Implementation of project sourcing plan and closely collaborate with others during development
? Collaborate with our GM Sales & Marketing making sure all sales personnel are putting forth all efforts needed to bring in more small, medium, and large type account that can contribute to the Branch's overall performance.
? Lead and inspire operational teams.
- Develop and implement operational procedure.
- Improve customer experience.
- Increase departmental efficiency
? Develop and acquire new business
? Maintain a strong relationship to suppliers (Airlines, hauliers, customs brokers etc).
? Familiar with sales skills and operations practice
? Responsible for set up the office management rule and maintain the team
? Responsible for P&L of the branch office and work out the budget plan for the next year
3 QUALIFICATIONS 资历条件
Education 教育背景
? University degree or above
? English level: CET 6 or above, fluent oral and written English
Working Experience 工作经验
? Native Cantonese speaker, English and Mandarin written and oral, any other language of advantage
? At least 3 year experience in the Air Freight / Logistics market in Guangzhou Province
? Ideally from international freight forwarding company with strong airfreight/logistic knowledge and practice
Skills and character 技能要求
? International mindset, experience in MNC’s
? Excellent communication skills
? Self-motivated
? Good at negotiations
