The Position

The QA/QC engineer is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Quality Management System.
He reports to the Procurement Manager.

Specific duties:

? Assists the Procurement Manager in auditing supplier and subcontractor
? Participates to supplier and subcontractor regular assessment

? Prepare and Follow the Approved Project Quality Plans
? Represents the Company in front of the Clients regarding Quality Assurance system
? Participates to Project End review

? Prepare and organza the project quality plan and inspection plan
? Follow the supplier QA/QC doc submittal and approval
? Per project team demand inspect the equipment in supplier workshop and make sure it can be delivered on site without defect
? Follow NCR issued by project team Assists managers and staff to resolve quality issues
? Site QA/QC activity and prepare the report per project requirement
? Assists managers in the development of Inspection and Test Plans
? Supports Quality Controllers regarding the Quality Assurance side of their works
? Assists the souring work for overseas intercompany when needs.

? Ensures that non conforming products and materials are dealt with in accordance with Company procedures
? Ensures that measuring devices used by the Company are identified and calibrated
? Ensures that all quality records are accurately and fully completed

Requirement：
- >3 years practice experiences for pharma and F&B QA/QC work, construction/engineering subject are preferred;
- Bachelor degree in engineering or mechanical fields
- Self-start character & willing to face challenge;
- Familiar with ISO9000 is preferred
- Skilled in Ms Office software especially in excel;
- QC certificate
- Familiar with CS/SS welding, familiar with CS/SS welding repair
- Good presentation skills
- Colleague degree; CET6;
