Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）

Provide local compound inventory management and process compound requests for internal and external tests to support local (global) DTA projects.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

1. Compound Inventory Management

1) Compound archiving and storage maintenance;

2) Compound information update in system;

2. Sample Preparation for Internal and External Tests

1) Prepare ready-to-use plates for DMPK and Bioactivity assay;

2) Prepare solid and liquid samples for internal and external compound transfer;

3) Cpd. shipment packing and tracking;

4) Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

1. Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

A BS degree in chemistry or biology with at least 1 year of working experience.

2. Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

1) Ability to work in computer and new technology oriented research environment, good at Excel, Word, et al.

2) Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team.

3) English: fluent in reading and writing.

4) Working knowledge of plate sample preparation for Bio-assay testing/chemical inventory management/ automated sample process instruments/data process will be a plus.
