职位描述
1、 岗位职责概述
磁传感器IC的设计和研发
2、 工作内容具体描述
1） 根据产品定义完成IC设计开发任务；
2） 负责电路结构设计，设计文档描述，电路仿真及验证；
3） 与版图（layout）工程师协作完成IC版图设计；
4） 与测试工程师和产品工程师协作制定IC测试计划和量产方案；
5） 支持产品的测试与调试、失效分析；
3、 任职资格描述
电子工程、微电子或相关专业，本科加2年以上相关工作经验，或硕士毕业生
4、 专业知识要求
1） 具有扎实的模拟电路基础理论知识；
2） 熟悉放大器、滤波器、LDO、带隙基准、开关电容等电路的分析和设计；
3） 熟悉半导体器件特性（Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS）和工艺流程；
4） 熟练使用示波器、信号发生器、频谱仪等仪表进行电路调试和故障定位；
5） 熟练运用业内常用的EAD设计软件，如cadence spectre、virtuoso layout等；
6） 具备较好的英语资料阅读能力。
Analog IC Design Engineer
1. Job Description
Design analog circuits for magnetic sensor ICs
2. Responsibilities
a) Design and simulate analog circuits for magnetic sensor ICs.
b) Conduct design reviews and prepare complete design documents.
c) Work with layout engineers to complete circuit layout.
d) Conduct IC testing and verification in the lab.
e) Work with product engineers to develop production test plan and test platform.
f) Support IC product testing, debugging and failure analysis.
3. Education Requirement
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or MS degree.
4. Qualifications
a) Solid foundation in analog circuit theories, linear system analysis, feedback systems and signal processing.
b) Familiar with analysis and design of basic analog circuit blocks such as amplifier, filter, LDO, bandgap reference, switched capacitor, etc.
c) Familiar with semiconductor device characteristics and fabrication processes, such as Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS.
d) Familiar with basic lab equipment for circuit testing and debugging, such as oscilloscope, signal generator, frequency analyzer.
e) Familiar with industry-standard EDA tools, such as cadence spectre, virtuoso layout, etc.
f) Fluent in reading technical literature in Chinese and English.
