POSITION TITLE: Senior Commercial Manager
DEPARTMENT: Commercial Operations
REPORT TO: VP, Commercial Operations & PGA Strategy

Essential Job Functions:

1.To review and provide comments on Client’s specifications and advise any unusual or high risk commercial requirements not in line with FW’s contract policy and standard practice
2.To design contracting approach and prepare commercial summary, contract structure, project timeline and other commercial related documents for management review
3.To prepare and obtain approval from CLO of the contract terms and conditions to be offered to the Client in FW Proposal
4.To negotiate and finalize contract terms and conditions and obtain approval from CLO of the final negotiated contract terms and conditions
5.To work with Proposal Manager on the turnover of contract to Project Manager after contract award
6.To lead the compliance activities of Commercial Operations Department and revision of department procedure and monitor updates of Corporate Policy, GPG Procedure and BAAL
7.To lead, train, assign work and supervise commercial T&C team member
8.To draft, prepare, review, comment, finalize and obtain CLO approval of various agreements, legal documents etc. relating to proposal activities (such as Teaming Agreement, Confidential Agreement and etc.)
9.To draft and review contracts with GPG entity
10.To provide basic legal support for WFOE on non-standard purchase order terms, contract disputes in project execution and etc.
11.To establish and supervise proper filing of original sales contracts and numbering of sales contracts per the numbering system
12.To support CFO on insurance matters
13.To review and comment on various agreements relating to human resources and office administration
14.To lead and maintain compliance activities for Commercial Operations Group
