Position Summary
The receptionist and Office Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
 
Responsibilities:
   Handle reception duties and greets visitors to the office
   Answer all incoming calls, handle caller’s inquires and take messages
   Handle incoming and outgoing mail and express courier packages.
   Arrange for meetings
   Other duties and special projects as assigned
 
Requirements:
   Good communication skills in English and Chinese (oral and written),
   Enthusiastic attitude and a team player;
Attention to detail;
   Must be able to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and display a high degree of common sense;
   Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
