职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and implement contract management system;
2. Responsible for contracts and other legal documents indexing, filing, keeping, uploading, checking in and out and other documents management.
3. Ensure that all contracts comply with the company’s contract review/approval process and related company policies.
4. Maintain files for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
5. Train, guide and educate contract requestors regarding the contract approval process and contract online system.
6. Collect and analyze contract data and prepare contract reports based on request.
7. Provide other legal assistance to lawyers and legal department as instructed from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor degree in law or other majors
2. 2+ years related experience in a multinational company or law firm
3. Diligent, prudent, detailed-oriented, self-disciplined, proactive, and good team player.
4. Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
5. Good English and Chinese communications skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and other office tool
