职责概述Summarization of responsibility
负责公司新产品项目全生命周期管理。
Development &Management of new product lifecycle process
1.负责跟踪、监控新产品全生命周期内的进度、成本、质量。
Following up & monitoring the schedule. cost & quality of the lifecycle of new products
2.负责管理项目组成员以完成公司目标。
Manage PM team to achieve company targets
3.执行公司项目管理程序文件，定期汇报项目总体情况。
Implement company PM procedure, report project status
4.协调和解决新产品生命周期内的出现的各种问题。
Coordinate and solve all problems of new product lifecycle
5.面对客户争取新项目以及完成现有项目。
Complete the existing projects as well as try to win new projects
6.支持市场营销活动
Support sales & marketing activity
学历： Education background 大学学历或以上College degree or above
专业：Major 汽车或机械等相关专业 Automobile or mechanical
岗位技能要求： Technical requirements
1．具有两年及以上汽车零部件项目管理经验。
More than two years PM experiences in automobile components industry
2．掌握项目管理及APQP理论知识并能在实际中运用
Familiar with the PM and APQP knowledge and can apply in the daily work
3．良好的沟通、协调、领导能力。
Good communication & coordination and leadership skills
4．高度的责任心和职业精神。
High responsibility and professionalism
5．具备不断学习的能力和意愿。
Have continuous will and ability of learning
6．良好的英语听、说、读、写能力,懂德语者优先。
Good communication skills in English, German is preferred
7．掌握计算机应用（Word, Excel, PPT, project ….）
Familiar with corporate policies, rules and regulations.
8、PMI qualification is preferred 项目管理职业认证优先
