职责
Responsibility
1、 设计液力变矩器和其他湿式启动元件，分总成以及零部件，在实现功能性，耐久和空间尺寸要求等公司指导方针前提下满足顾客需求
Designs Torque Converter and other wet launch elements, sub-assemblies and components to meet customer requirements and company guidelines in terms of functionality, durability and packaging
2、 在遵从应用要求和法律要求的前提下，进行创新性和有成本竞争力的产品设计；
Establish product designs that are both innovative and cost effective, and which comply with application and legal requirements
3、 对汽车零部件和总成进行详细设计。在SAP中创造材料清单（BOM）和产品导入通知（NOI），在一个较高层次水平上建立和维护CAD和工程数据，懂得释放图纸的流程和做法；
Detail designs of automotive components and assemblies, creates Bill-of Materials and Notice of Introduction in the SAP system, creates and maintains CAD- and engineering data on an advanced level, completes release activities and processes
4、 由于质量或者制造改进，降低成本，应用改变，工艺、产品或者质量改进，生产部门、供应商或者顾客会给出设计更改要求，检查这些设计更改要求。；
Review design changes as requested by production, supplier or customer due to quality or manufacturing improvements, cost savings, change in application, process, product or quality improvements
5、 分析和选择零件和材料供应商，运用分析方法从设计、分析、优化汽车零部件角度来进行几何和材料选择；
Analyzes and chooses parts and material vendors and uses analysis techniques when applicable to design, analyze and optimize automotive components for geometry and material selection
6、 成为制造和产品设计的联系者，解释来自于制造制造和模具方面的疑问，支持样件制造，提出降本建议；
Interfaces with manufacturing on product design / manufacturability and tooling requirements, supports prototype builds, Provides cost reduction recommendations
7、 完成领导分配的特定的任务，额外的义务呵责任；
Completes special assignments, additional duties and responsibilities according to specialty as assigned by leader
8、 参加项目会议和问题解决活动，遵循ISO TS 16949体系，参与零部件和总成的设计FMEA；
Participates in project meetings and problem solving activities, maintains standards set forth by ISO TS 16949, participates in teams and/or author of design FMEA for components and assemblies
9、 根据客户和公司质量规程确认所有的产品设计；
Ensures all product designs comply with customer and company quality programs
10、参与制定产品验证计划，也包括对标等活动 ;
participate in making product validation plans, as well as benchmarking activities

岗位资格：

教育背景：本科及以上，机械、车辆工程及相关专业
Education background: bachelor degree or above ,major in mechanical or automobile engineering
岗位技能要求：熟悉现代机械设计理念及其流程，具有较强的组织、协调能力，以及较强的学习、创新能力
Technical requirement: familiar with current mechanical design and procedure , strong ability in organization , coordination and learning
具有动力传动系，特别是液力变矩器或者传动系零部件相关背景
A background in powertrain, preferred torque converter, transmission components
工作经验：1年以上设计/试验工作经验
Work experience: at least 1 year in design or testing
通过正常的技术培训或者工作经历来提高经验和技术能力
Technical aptitude and skills acquired through formal academic training or job experience
职业培训：设计和制造相关知识，熟悉ISO/VDA/QS/TS16949等质量体系
Professional training: knowledge in design and manufacturing , familiar with quality system such as ISO/VDA/QS/TS16949
能够熟练操作基本的办公软件，能够学习和使用专用的产品计算软件。
Computer literacy in basic PC based office software including spreadsheets, able to learn and use product specific calculation software
外语和计算机水平：能用英语进行有效的工作交流，能独立操作办公自动化软件，能熟练应用Pro/E（高级），ProMechanica, CATIA, UG or IDEAS, Pro-Intralink, SAP-R3等软件
Foreign language: be able to communication in English
PC skills: be able to operate OA software and relative software needed: such as Pro/E (advanced), ProMechanica, CATIA, UG or IDEAS, Pro-Intralink, SAP-R3 experience
从事过动力总成设计或试验工作，或有GD&T, APQP, DFMA, QFD,FMEA和FEM基础，具备德语沟通能力，具备熟练英语阅读，书写和交流能力者优先。
Work experience in design or testing，knowledge of GD&T, APQP, DFMA, QFD, FMEA and FEA.speaking German is preferred，advanced English reading, written and verbal communication skills preferred.
