岗位职责

1、对设备维修人员检修业务及疑难问题的排除指导
Guide problem solving during equipment check and maintenance
2、编制设备机械部分相关标准化文件，并检查督促执行情况
Draw up and supervise relative standard files about equipment mechanical part
3、制定设备投资技术标准中机械技术要求，参与新设备的安装、调试、验收工作
Draw up mechanical requirements in equipment investment standard, participate in new equipment installation, debugging & acceptence check
4、收集设备大修、故障修理、事故处理、报废、技术鉴定等技术经济资料，定期检查分析设备完好状况
Collect technical information on equipment overhaul, breakdown repair, etc.. Confirm equipment condition regularly
5、编制责任区域内的设备定期保养规程和年度实施计划，组织实施针对性改善
Draw up and organize equipment routine order and annual plan in responsible zone
6、测绘设备非标机械零件
Measure and draw non-standard equipment part
7、设定责任区域内设备备品备件的安全库存
Set safety storage of equipment spare parts in responsible zone

岗位资格：

学历：本科或以上
Education: junior bechelor or above
专业：工程类（机械技术或机电技术）
Major: Engineering ( Mechanics or Mechanical electricity)
岗位技能要求：
Required skill:
1． 有设备维修知识和能力；
Electrical appliance maintenance knowledge and ability;
2． 有Pro_E or CAD绘图能力；
Be able to draw with Pro_E or CAD;
3． 有较强的学习、总结和创新能力；有团队精神，工作勤恳，能在压力下工作；有组织协调能力；熟悉ISO16949质量体系运作方面知识；
Fabulous learning & creation capacity; Have team spirit, be able to work under pressure; be good at coordinating; familiar with ISO16949;
工作经验：3年以上相关工作经验
Work experience: 3 years relative work or above
职业培训：设备机械技术/设备管理/TPM
Training: Equipment mechanical technique/Equipment management/TPM
外语和计算机水平：有英语阅读能力；PC熟练运用Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Language and IT skill: Be able to read in english; skilled in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
其他技能： 良好的沟通能力
Other skill: excellent communicating ability
