工作职责：
1、负责制定并完善公司运营体系的组织架构，理顺目前各部门的管理体制和业务流程
2、负责制定运营管理模式，组建运营管理团队；
3、负责制定运营方案及相关配套的管理方案和客户管理方案；
4、监督管控各部门运营计划的实施情况，确保各部门运营目标的实现；
5、根据各部门实际情况，对新约、续约、日常运营管理工作做出及时调整，并实行全程管控；
6、协调维护政府相关部门的关系，确保各项目的正常运营。
职位要求：
1、五年以上营运类工作经历?；
2、金融学、市场营销、国际商务等相关专业本科以上学历；
3、熟悉电子商务行业及有行业丰富资源者优先；
4、具有先进的管理理念，有很强的战略制定与实施能力；
5、优秀的外联与公关能力，具备应对突发事件的能力；
6、具备较强的沟通协调能力、创意能力、组织能力、综合分析能力、文案写作能力、熟练的办公软件使用能力；
7、务实、敬业、能适应出差，良好的职业操守。
