工作职责：

1、依据公司整体战略，组织制定营销战略规划，组织市场销售推广工作

2、规划公司销售系统的整体业务方向，领导团队建设

3、建立、健全公司各项销售制度，推动销售系统管理的规范化、科学化和不断进步

4、依据公司整体销售目标，提交销售计划方案，监督实施销售全过程，完成销售任务

5、培训市场营销人员，建设和管理高素质的营销团队，指导其完成公司计划、市场营销任务

6、业务、销售人员工作绩效的评估

7、适时给总经理提供商业方面的规划和建议

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，专业不限；
2、五年以上商务中心销售或房地产销售总监工作经验，两年以上房地产销售管理经验；
3、熟悉上海当地商务中心市场及相关政策法规，有工作激情和进取精神；
4、有较强的组织协调能力；
5、刻苦耐劳,积极乐观,诚信务实；

6、英语精通；
