Resposbilities;

1.Responsible for the detail Preventive Maintenance Standards of Machines; including maintenance periods,

maintenanc e technical requirements, special tools & material definition, technical data definition, man power

definition;

2.Responsible for breakdown troubleshooting, 5Why analysis, Top5 analysis & afterwards improvement solution;

3.Responsible for spare parts Min/Max definition, and spare parts localization in order to lower the stocked

spare p arts & expense of spare parts;

4.Working with other departments to solve production process issues & quality issues.

Requirements:

1.Solid knowlegy/skills on PLC, PLC communication protocal & application, HMI application, PC based control,

vari able frequency control/servo control, different sensors, high power motor maintenance; familiar with S7-

300 would be plus;

2.Pratical skills on mechnical transmission, lubrication, mechnical vibration; hydraulic system and pnuematic

systerm;

3.Good knowlegy on HAVC, air compressor, high voltage distribution system, chiller machines;

4.Good communication skill, multi-task management and timing management, ability to work under pressure.
