Job Description:

1.Responsible for the process parameter adjustment and maintenance;
2.Responsible for on-site technical support;
3.Responsible for on-site problem solving;
4.Responsible for process optimization;
5.Taking part in process design during product development;
6.Reduce the downtime,ensurre production target achived as efficient as possible;
7.Continuous improvement for cost saving;
8.Support achieving KPI;
9.Train the technicians,operators;
10.Support maintenance and spare parts control;
11.Support lunch and installation of new equipment;
12.Draw up work instructions,documentation and training materials for operators.

Job Requirements:

1.Mechanical,engineering and related major ,with bachelor degree or above;
2.5 years welding fixture and site working experience , familiar with the welding process is better;
3.High skills of operation by hand and site issue solving;
4.Know the mechanical machining knowledge;
5.Good communication skills and team-working spirit;
6.Be familiar with caron dioxide, mig welding, and mag welding (Welding robot is preferred);
7.Fluent English skills;
8.Steel forming and production support.

This position is open to graduate students with bachalo degree whose major is mechinery or electric.
