Job Resposibilities:

1.Staff management,new empolyee hiring;
2.Establish onsite logistic management systerm,5S implement standards and supervision,visiol shop floor control,t rain employees and ensure label of racks and shop using correctly;
3.Give necesary instructions to emlpoyees and see to their performance appraisal;
4.Give necesary logistics support to other dept;
5.Support Bos-Len's on-site standards implementation job,and continuously improve;
6.Attend dept.regualr meeting,ensure instructions convey smothly;
7.Coordinate annual inventary,follow up the problems and make improvement;
8.Complete other jobs assigned by manager and take measures to achieve KPI goals:inventary accuracy,cost saving.

Requirements:

1.At least three years experience in logistics warehouse management,experience in automotive is preffered;
2.Familiar with logistics and warehousing processes, related logistics equipment use;
3.experience in SAP operation;
4.College degree or above,majored in logistics or relevant area;
5.Good English ability both in oral and writen.
