Assignment:
Supervise, develop and motivate the inventory and warehouse admin team to achieve the desired team objective
Develop and putting inventory & warehouse admin routines in place to secure high level of stock accuracy and containers release into DC.
Organize PI cycle count, UTG stock take and any other stock takes as and when necessary
Ensure PI cycle count on all possible locations are conducted at least twice per financial year
Working closely with Operations to reduce errors and improve operations efficiency
Weekly and monthly commentaries on adjustments performed by the various sections
Monthly commentaries on the inventory accuracy based on the findings from PI cycle count
Preparation of daily PI cycle count
Preparing the team’s work schedule
Warehouse handling material management, wooden pallets, paper pallets, e.g.
As the key contact person for all customs events regarding bonded warehouse stock accuracy.

Requirement:
University education background
More than 3 years working experience in warehouse
Knowledge about the warehouse operations
Basic English skill in writing and oral
Preferred Forklift Driver License
Result Driven
Willing to learn and sharing
Willing to take responsibilities & strong team spirit
