WORK SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Coordinate with suppliers to prepare all samples and documents needed for the homologation.
2.Coordinate with suppliers to resolve the technical problems occurred in the process of homologation, and suggest solutions accordingly.
3.Collaborate with local homologation agency and closely supervise each steps of homologation including documentation, test, and final evaluation in SFDA, certificate and others.
4.Coordinate with local teams and homologation agency to perform Re-homologation process.
5.Collect and update local regulations of homologation.
6.Set-up homologation budget and follow homologation cost.
7.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to evaluate product Chinese name and claim, to avoid the risk which may caused by the inconsistency with local regulation.
8.Work with homologation agency to edit Chinese label.
9.Work with local Sales and Marketing and set up annual new product launch plan.
10.Be responsible of the imported product passing through CIQ.
11.Other related jobs assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
1.Related working experience in Cosmetic Registration.
2.Good command of spoken and written English.
3.Good computer literate, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP experience is preferred.
4.Good communication skills and good teamwork player.
5.Good time management.
Relevant work experience
Min 1-2 years' experience, candidate from homologation agent or other cosmetics company is highly expected. Familiar with cosmetic registration process, familiar with relevant laws and regulations and product application requirements, and regulation on Chinese label of cosmetics.
Education and training
University education background of chemistry, biology, medicine or pharmacy and so on.
Others
Experiences in cosmetics company is preferred.

    澳大利亚国家馆由澳大利亚ACIM集团投资建设，ACIM的全资子公司——上海奥忠投资管理有限公司负责运营管理。澳大利亚悉尼卡米创意公司（Carmi Creative）负责设计，灵感来源于澳洲文化的代表元素-帆船，寓意‘扬帆起航’的同时，也昭示着国家馆朝气蓬勃、积极向上的开拓精神。

    澳大利亚国家馆的创新运营模式吸引了来自各界的关注，自开馆以来，已累计接待来自世界各地的政府机构、企业团体、协会组织代表近130000人次，日均接待访客约300人次。
