工作职责：
1. 设计公司的软件产品；
2. 作为技术骨干，参与公司产品技术方案和架构的设计。
3. 参与技术选型以及接口规范订制工作；
4. 承担部分技术培训工作；
5. 参与技术部门技术积累、技术难题解决等工作。
6. 参与产品功能模块的单元测试及性能测试工作。
技能要求：
基础：
1. 精通Java语言，掌握和JAVA相关的开源框架；工作经验3年以上；
2. 熟悉J2EE框架，熟练使用Struts、Spring、Hibernate/Ibatis等开发框架；
3. 熟悉常用的数据库服务器，如MySQL, Oracle, SqlServer, DB2等中一种或几种;
熟悉基于 MySQL 数据库的设计和开发;
4. 熟悉Web开发相关技术，如HTML5 ,CSS3, JavaScript ,AJAX等；
5. 具有良好的逻辑思维，良好的分析、表达及判断能力；
6. 有完整的自我职业规划，具备良好的职业素养；
7. 一个或者多个互联网项目
