Job Responsibilities
- Assist in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project implementation
- Manage MES and ensure the system is running as business directs.
- Be responsible for PLC programming, database maintenance, tuning, backup & restoration and troubleshooting.
- Be responsible for the MES server connectivity and performance with the assistance of IT engineer
- Maintain the MES application infrastructure and program as required.
- Act as the interface with internal users and the company MES experts to coordinate other activities. Provide technical support to internal users.
- Collect all MES related questions and seek appropriate resolution quickly. Submit the advancement plan to related contact for system improvement.
- Compile the clear work flow for MES system and any other process & technical documentation and update them accordingly.
- Continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Work in international teams within Germany, Austria and China
- Willing to stay up to 6 months in Austria or Germany for internal training

Job Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree
- University degree in Engineering or automotive related
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Good English and/or German communication skill
- 3 years experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products

BMTS was founded in May 2008 and is 50:50 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. With its headquarters in Stuttgart & production plant in Blaichach of Germany and St. Michael of Austria, it has started production in China as of 2014. Till 2014, global total employee will reach to 570. Company target: Development and production of exhaust gas turbochargers for gasoline and diesel applications.
   Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of BMTS GmbH, with its headquarters in Shanghai. Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS) has founded a wholly owned subsidiary in China, responding to the continued market growth of turbocharged gasoline engines in the country.The headquarters of the company, which is operating under the name Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai). Initially, mainly turbochargers for gasoline engines with swept volumes ranging from 1 to 1.5 liters will be produced for the local Chinese market in a new building comprising 5,000 square meters.　The installed production capacity is reported to amount to more than 2 million turbochargers per year, the start of series production scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
