This position is under Timberland China. The role is to support China Merchandising team for all product operation work. It including QCC label arrangement, GB testing and labeling, sample management and etc.
Key responsibilities
? For Apparel and Soft Accessory categories, work with product stewardship team for updating GB/Safety standard and disclaimer hangtag information
? For Footwear category, work with product stewardship team for product GB categorization at season beginning; monitor testing samples logistics to assigned testing agencies; tracking and documenting testing report
? Prepare seasonal product database and coordinate with licensee product suppliers/ internal sourcing team/US development team on collecting product information for QCC Label
? Provide accurate product information to assist supply chain team for customer clearance.
? Perform as key contact point to communicate with DC for QCC data installation/update and response inquiry from internal teams for QCC readiness.
? Supervise and monitor all warranty claims and quality issues from customers
? Be the gate keeper to ensure all product with valid QCC label and testing report. Arrange GB testing once GB testing report expired
? Coordinate/ communicate with testing agency to ensure timely test report delivery
? Work together with demand & planning team to ensure shipment with valid QCC/GB before delivery to customer in monthly basis. Provide risk alert in advance with action plan.
? Draft weekly tracking report for GB testing status and QCC data installation progress for internal review

APLDC拟在上海自贸区设立区内保税库，为亚太奢侈品采购商（主要由为Firmati & Griffati现有的亚太客户和新发展的客户）提供货物分拨服务。使APLDC成为亚太奢侈品分拨中心。

APLDC所有货物都由Firmati & Griffati公司的质检员经过严格真品检验。

APLDC还为客户提供店面设计、品牌营销和经营管理的培训和顾问咨询及相关技术支持服务。为商业地产客户提供商业规划、招商和经营管理服务。
