采购内容：Purchasing Description

According to the Material Request, finish the spare parts purchasing.

根据售后部门提供的材料清单， 完成零部件的采购。

Confirm the delivery time with vendor, following the PO and coordinate with the delivery.

与供应商确认货期，跟催定单，并协调货物。

Expedite the invoice, check the account with the vendor and apply for the payment.

发票的跟催，在当月内及时和供应商核对，并请款。

Be familiar with the ERP system, key in the PO and finish the order in the system.

熟悉ERP系统， 完成ERP系统中， 定单的录入。

物流内容：Logistics Description

Deal with all import & export issues for the factory.

处理公司内部的所有进出口货物。

Check and maintain the HS CODE for all import & export goods.

根据货物要求，检查和维护物品的HS CODE和对应的进出口物品资料。

Inquiry and coordinate for the transportation with the Logistics agent.

联系货代询价及协调货物运输。

Prepare the export documents, like invoice, packing list, declaration of elements, customs attorney seal and customs declaration.

准备出口报关资料：发票， 箱单，申报要素， 报关委托书及报关单等。

Prepare, make and audit the handbook for the export projects.

出口项目的手册准备，制作和审核。

Can understand all kinds of terms of LC and prepare the related documents and arrange the delivery based on the LC.

能读信用证的各种条款， 根据信用证要求准备相关资料及出货。

Arrange and place on file for customs clearance and apply for the payment on time.

报关文档的整理归档及发票及时跟催，请款。

Improve the standard and producer for import & export.

优化进出口的规范及流程。

Position Requirement 职位要求

Have the experience in purchasing and be familiar with the producer and basic knowledge for import & export.

有采购方面的工作经验， 熟悉进出口流程及基本知识

Have the good communication and team working.

有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

Be familiar with the WORD, EXCEL of office software. The experience in ERP will be preferred.

熟悉WORD, EXCEL等办公软件。 有ERP经验者优先考虑

Be good at Listening, speaking and writing in English.

Be responsible for the work, careful, have strong time management. Can bear work pressure.
