The position is responsible for development and execution of objectives and programs for operational discipline of safety, quality, cost and people development systems for the operational organization in Jiaxing to fulfil lbusiness need.

• Manages a team of team leaders and operational resources directly and technicians indirectly to ensure that key plant metrics for safety, quality, cost and efficiency are met.
  


• Develops and executes manpower plans as of headcount,hiring, training & development and performance appraisal, ensure that organizational & functional effectiveness is constantly met production requirements and increased.


• Sets manufacturing KPIs/procedures consistent with the plant and business goals and implement programs accordingly.


• Maintains and improves standards for EHS andquality, production efficiency across all shifts and daily support team.


• Prepares/Plan operational annual budget and implement cost control measurements. Acts as cost champion for the production line.


• Plan and lead plant turn around and maintenance activities with support from CME China , define and implement possible investments and good practices in the process for improvements inoutput, quality, safety, variable costs, fixed costs in coordination with manufacturing and process team.


• Cooperates with other production related functions including supply chain, purchasing, maintenance, EHS, QM/QC, sales etc. and externally frequent interaction with business partner(Jiahua) and local authorities are required to sustain EGSA operation in Jiaxing.


• During project execution and commissioning phase, by close work with commissioning manager,built up the operation team and set up production procedure/system, hire and training the production team and successfully start up the plant are the maintasks.

Job Requirements:

• Working Experience: More than 10 years in Chemical process and engineering experience in chemical production(continuous running plant), and more than 2 years team leader experience.


• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Familiar with ISO9001/14000,OHSAS18000 etc and ERP experience.


• Education: Bachelor of chemical engineering, good at oral and written business English.
