Job Description职位描述：
Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities.
The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai.
As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.
中国大陆首座迪士尼度假区——上海迪士尼度假区——将成为游客们远离尘嚣、共度美好时光的最佳去处，当游客和亲朋好友们进入这座可以任凭想象力恣意纵横的全新度假区时，将可以共同探索一个充满幻想、创造力和探险的奇妙世界。这个度假区将包括一座延续迪士尼传统主题并融合中国特色和魅力而设计的乐园，两家带有主题风格的酒店，大型的零售、餐饮和娱乐中心，以及完善的休闲设施。
度假区将坐落于上海浦东新区。

? Teach Character Core Training and existing choreography to Character Performers and support cast.
负责迪士尼朋友的核心培训课程以及其他培训工作
? Conduct set observations at Character Meet-n-Greet and Character Dining locations and deliver on the spot coaching and feedback to Cast Members. Confidently deliver accurate performance coaching based on elements learned in Character Core Training including efficiency, PASS show flow, costume knowledge, and identifying Character motivation.
现场观察迪士尼朋友会面、迪士尼朋友进餐等活动的情况 ，并给予指导和反馈。基于在迪士尼朋友核心培训中所教授的内容，包括效率、演出客流、演出服相关知识以及对迪士尼朋友的情况了解，能够准确自信地给予表演指导。
? Support Park Leaders in performance development of Character Cast.
协助乐园领导提升迪士尼朋友演出质量。

Responsibilities工作职责
? Maintain a current library of Character profiles, blocking books, rehearsal tapes, videos and music scores
? 保管及维护迪士尼朋友档案、走位记录、排练影带、视频和乐谱
? Maintain consistent show quality and creative intent by reviewing, providing feedback and direction to the performers
? 通过检阅、提供反馈意见和表演指导来保持一致的演出质量和创作意图
? Conduct/Oversee workshops, auditions and rehearsals for character performers
? 组织和监管分享会、甄选和排练
? Ensure creative intent in all shows is maintained and provide teaching or training materials where necessary to correct performances
? 保证所有演出都能诠释创作意图，在必要时提供指导或培训材料
? Develop a deep understanding of the different animations required for each character performance
? 深入理解不同迪士尼朋友表演的需求
? To perform any other duty as assigned by your leaders
? 完成主管交代的其他工作

Basic Qualifications 基本要求：
Experience
? Ability to notate and maintain choreography and blocking documentation
记录和维护关于动作和走位的文档
? Demonstrated ability to teach existing choreography to new and established performers to ensure consistent performances

? Ability to teach dancing and character animation
? 具备教导舞蹈和动作的的能力
? Ability to organize materials to be taught and conduct rehearsals, teach and coach
? 能够整理相关材料并组织排练、培训等
? Demonstrated strong communication skills

? Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

? Fluent in Mandarin and English

? Must provide full availability for ongoing training throughout a two month period.
