职位描述

Responsibilities:

· Participates in the construction, implementation and support of telephony Speech- and DTMF-based user interface systems that meet established specifications, design criteria, quality standards and business requirements under the direction of department development manager

· Works in SCRUM to groom product requirements, estimate work, construct high quality code, unit test, integrate and debug Green Dot’s proprietary IVR/VUI applications, integrate the IVR with supporting service and database layers and commit to deliverables

· Contributes to matrix teams designing and developing applications, modules or enhancements

· Design, create and implement effective, natural language call flows with a high degree of usability

· Analyze and define system requirements for IVR applications to meet business requirements

· Prepares and maintains complete programming specifications, functional design and technical design documents

· Conduct code and security code reviews for peers

· While in QA phase, makes corrections to code and updates comments/design docs to reflect changes

· Performs troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issues to provide production and QA support

· Maintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and tools

· Makes recommendations to improve operating efficiency and functionality of assigned systems areas

· Leads the efforts on architecture design, proof-of-concept for new product and new technologies research

· Leads the efforts on technical training for new employees and assist in entire team technical level improvements


Qualification:

· 6+ years of work experience with B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field

· 5+ years of computer software programming experience in ASP.Net and C#

· 5+ years of experience in designing and developing Voice User Interfaces and IVR applications, DTMF and Speech recognition application both

· 3+ year of experience in developing IVR application using VXML, CCXML, JavaScript, GRXML and Nuance ASR and OSDM

· 3+ year of experience in integrating IVR systems with Backend systems such as SOAP and WCF web services and database systems

· 3+ year of experience in troubleshooting IVR applications on one of the IVR platforms such as Genesys 7.6/8.1, Avaya Experience Portal, Voxeo, Cisco voice portal etc.

· Experienced in writing unit test cases and unit testing IVR dialogs

· Experienced in designing IVR call flows using Microsoft Visio tool

· Experience with SQL language

· Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables

· Hands-on experience in Scrum and/or other Agile development methodology

· Flexibility to adapt to change and willing to learn and develop new skill sets as applicable

· Facility with natural language, English in particular. Have good English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients


Preferred (but not Must Have) experiences:

· Experience integrating IVR system with CRM application using CTI (Compute Telephony Interface)

· Experience with Genesys preferred

· Experience in Hosted as well in premises IVR development

· Experience with .Net and IVR application deployment in IIS

· Experience designing human interfaces

· Familiarity / experience with Java, JSP, Eclipse IDE and JAVA specific web servers

· Familiarity / experience with WCF web services

· Familiarity / experience with Linux based systems

· Banking and/or credit card systems (stored value systems) experience

· Knowledge of the Spanish language
