职位描述
PURPOSE:
To support product managers to manage and drive Lubrizol’s engine oil business in China in line with our global engine oil strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1 Work with regional business manager, product managers, technical team, sales & EMG team to promote EO products to customers & OEMs in China
2 Support sales & EMG team on customer activities to build position for Lubrizol EO technologies;
3 Support sales & EMG team to implement customer & OEM plan;
4 Work with marketing team to understand the market and influence the industry or customers;
5 Support product managers to develop and implement EO product positioning strategy;
6 Understand/communicate product and performance requirements from specific customers, as well as the whole market, and work with product manager, project & technology managers to develop solutions to effectively meet the demands.
7 Provide training and presentation to sales, strategic customers and OEMs;
8 Identify major market trends, collect competitive intelligence and feed these into our product development, technology and business plans.
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
1 University Bachelor degree
2 MBA, and related industry qualifications will be advantageous
3 Fluency in oral and written English
4 Good in communication and people skills
5 Good learner for new knowledge
6 High potential for future growth
