Responsibilities:
1.Create, manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and other social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
2.Conduct and leverage detailed data analysis to identify opportunities to expand and optimize to company KPI goals
3.Plan, manage, and execute paid ad campaigns targeting overseas customers, including but not limited to account setup, implementation of strategies in tool, campaign structure, budget management, and daily bidding.
4.Daily campaign bid management with detailed attention to company KPIs.
5.Work with design team to create ad images, write ad copy, and continually test and optimize existing ads.


Required skills:
1.BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field
2.At least 1 year experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords or other online ad bidding platforms
3.Strong data analytical skills
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
5.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
6.Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented
7.Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands
8.Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills
