Generate new business
- Support & maintenance of existing customers
- Ensure that customers receives highest level of service
- Interpretation of customer’s requirements & product selection
- Ensuring quotations & technical specifications against customer enquiry are provided in a timely manner and efficiently
- Undertake a variety of promotional and marketing activities where appropriate
- Collate and report competitor activity
- Providing technical support and product training to customers
- Meet the company yearly sales target
- After sales service including training, calibration and repairing with the right return goods report to be filled up and track into the system
- Any sample test to be required from the dealer or end-user should be the responsibility and job task to follow up and submit the test report for sales person to promote the products afterwards
- Service/calibration tracking form needs to be put into the place for the schedule plan
