1/按照公司安全环境体系要求进行管理
Manage group according company strategy and policy;
2/编制并控制维修预算；
Control department budget
3/公司厂房设施的日常维护（电气/用水/压缩空气），紧急应对计划的编制及实施,保持生产情况的正常；
Facility relative maintenance (electrical/cooling water/compress air), responibile for emgerency plan of power supply,and management to keep normal production status;
4/公司设备的日常维护保养/关键备件的准备及维护；
Equipment maintenance /management of spare parts;
5/日常工具工装的管理维护；
Fixture maintainence of machine and toolings;
6/对负责设备及工装等进行不断优化和改进；
