工作职责描述：

RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Responsible for delivering world-class solutions on-time and on-budget.

2. Lead all phases of eComm programs and projects including relationship management, problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development, and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements.

3. Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations and buy vs. build recommendations. Manage vendor relationships.

4. Responsible for successful system implementations including customer feedback, communication strategies and all other aspects of project communications.

5. Facilitate understanding and adoption of technology solutions by being a Business Consultant and IT liaison.

所需能力：

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITIES:

1. Technology SME in eCommerce, eBusiness, or Digital. Hands-on Business Analysis and group facilitation. Highly organized project leader with solid project management understanding and experience.

2. Excellent verbal / written communication. Must be able to build relationships and communicate effectively to executive management and offshore developers.

3. Seasoned expert in using technology to accelerate business outcomes.

4. Strong leadership skills with a passion to deliver quality results.

5. Strong ability to influence others outside their direct area of control and is seen as a team player.

6. Strong understanding of SOA / web services, mobile, and multi-channel digital commerce

7. Strong understanding of Digital Commerce, User Experience, Content Management, & eMarketing strategies. Ability to review Site Analytics and Business Models to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to optimize Customer Experience and Generate Demand.

8. IT project management with demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple & complex projects.

9. Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, databases and programming concepts especially HTML, browsers, Javascript, Web Services and AJAX.

10. Must be able to time-zone differences for global team communications.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 6 years in online/Web practices and technologies relating to eCommerce.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science

Project Management Certification strongly desired.

LANGUAGE SKILL REQUIREMENT:English Fluent Reading, Fluent Speaking, Fluent Writing
