OVERVIEW:
A highly-respected, recently-refreshed premium automotive brand is about to enter the China market with a bang. This is an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive the launch of the brand across China and to support explosive growth in the market in the years to come as a mission-critical part of the agency team dedicated to this cause.
As Digital Account Director, you are the principal contact between the Agency and Lincoln China in all things Digital, CRM and Social and is responsible for delivery across these functions.
Supported and complemented by strong account, planning, production and digital platform infrastructure teams as well as dedicated agency partners, the Digital Account Director drives solutions with an executional focus to deliver against digital, CRM and social objectives.
Reporting to the Business Director, the Digital Account Director is a key point of contact for the client and partners and shows proactivity, leadership and initiative to address relevant needs and requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Lead Digital, Social and CRM implementation as key client- and partner-facing point person, building confidence, trust and respect
?Own, understand, analyze and confidently embrace client and delivery requirements, issues, and opportunities
?Liaison between Agency teams, partners and client to establish milestones and goals and ensure the delivery of leading-edge, quality, cost-effective solutions against defined budgets
?Resource planning (Agency) and oversight (Partners)
?Provide direction to, set KPIs for and motivate and inspire Digital account team
?Liaise with planning, creative, production and digital platform infrastructure teams to drive delivery, including active participation in all steps of marketing communications planning at brand- and product-level
?Support business governance via medium- and long-term business planning, forecasting, scoping and budgeting
?Support and part-own ongoing digital, social and CRM development and optimization
SKILLS:
Essential
?Detail-oriented, Independent, proactive self-starter
?Minimum six to eight years of professional experience in Digital and CRM
?Agency and digital account management experience
?Understanding of agency financials and processes, business and staffing planning
?Knowledge of other agency functional areas: Digital production, creative, media, research and data preferred
?Proven ability to develop strong relationships with clients and strong, persuasive client-facing consultation and presentation skills
?Successful track record managing multiple client assignments
?Mandarin & English – Mother-tongue / Business fluent
?Excellent oral and written communication skills
?Knowledge of the automotive industry
Preferred
?Experience in automotive and/or luxury sector in China
?Integrated marketing experience: Developing and executing communications plans
?Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
?Ability to work across different cultures
?BA/BS degree
