Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1． 负责区域市场开拓，根据公司要求寻找合适的经销商，并对其进行管控和维护；
Identify good dealers according to company business needs, increase & maintain network quality(location, capable dealers, channel control);
2． 鉴别经销商店面的位置并协助经销商的开店工作；
Assist dealer in location serach & assist Retail Service dept.in store design & recovering;
3． 定期对客户回访，了解并挖掘客户新需求，管理维护客户关系；
Regularly make customer visits, understand and tap new customer needs, management and maintenance of customer relationships;
4． 能准确传达公司市场走向和最新产品，及时反馈经销商的需求。
Accurately convey the company's market trends and the latest products, timely feedback to the needs of dealers.

Job Requirements 任职要求：

1． 大专以上学历，有2-3年渠道维护销售经验，热爱自行车行业，有自行车行业工作背景优先；
College and above degree, 2-3 years of channel maintenance sales experience, bike lover, bicycle industry background preferred.
2． 协调沟通能力、学习能力、适应能力优秀；
Coordinating communication skills, ability to learn, excellent ability to adapt;
3． 有良好的英语听说读写能力；
Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking;
4． 良好的团队合作意识、客户服务意识强。
Good sense of teamwork, and a strong sense of customer service.
