-Position: Process Management Engineer (DotNet/SQL)
What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for design, supervision and optimization of product lifecycle management processes of large scale medical equipment development
-Responsible for concept, design, coding, verification, deployment and training of process-enabling tools to achieve high process effectiveness and efficiency
-Responsible for process performance modelling, metric definition, generation, analysis and reporting
-Monitor and evaluate process effectiveness to proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive for lean development practices in key process areas
-Support reliability monitoring and utilization analysis based on basic data mining methodologies

Education:
-Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
Knowledge / Experience:
-Experienced in n-tier web application using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS for software definition, design, coding and verification
-Good knowledge as DBA in production environment, strong T-SQL programming skills, reporting and analysis service, backup/restore, and window server administration
-Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, OLAP, and data visualization technologies
-Knowledge of UML/BPMN, and development methodologies, such as CMMi, IPD, agile preferred
-Knowledge of ERP or KM systems, such as SAP, TFS, MOSS preferred.
-Proficiency in English speaking and writing (CET-6 preferred)
-2+ years of working experience
