- For our Energy Management Division in Jin Shan,we are looking for a Order Management订单管理.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for order management,start from received order to distribute the goods delivery.

- Major for domestic business backup for export business.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Order processing

2.SAP order processing:order recieve/confirm,arrange delivery note,billing and coordinate with relevant function for completing the order process.

3.Forecast information tracing&share:preorder tacking and record,sales information get and share.

4.Distribute the delivery

5.Coordinate with related departments for proper goods delivery.

6.According to priority distribute the delivery.

7.Ensure the delivery data within the customer confirm date or request date if order delay need provide the recovery plan and ensure the delivery in reconfirm date.

8.Be interface as company(order related)

9.Communicate with BU from order received to distribute.

10.Reply the inventory check from BU side.

11.Finical related process.

12.GRIR clearance with GSS.

13.Credit note process when needed.

What else do I need to know?

1.College degree perferred. Major in business administration or finical related.

2.Over 2 years working experience on order management if in the logistics area of a production company is preferable.

3.Have the base of English communication skill,can understand the English documents.Fluency as prefer.

4.Good communication skills.

5.Good SAP&Office software skills.

6.Work attitude must proactive and acrefull.

7.Strong ability and sense to deal with emergency.Strong learning ability&positive work attitude.
