-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Financial controller 财务控制.
What are my responsibilities?
1.Check the inter company billing error list, match billing with correct PO.
2.Match the PO/ customer declaration paper and billing , prepare the payment application paper
3.Prepare tax related documents , hand over tax related documents to tax bureau
4.Responsible for VAT refund, issue invocie and other tax matters etc.
5.Coordinate with procurement deal with weekly invoice backlog, responsible for loacl authority report .
6.Responsible for third party payment
7.Archive contract and other accounting documentation management; monthly closing check list (to maintain and get signature)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Bachelor or above degree in finance / accounting
2.SAP knowledge——basic level
3.Controlling methods, compliance control framework——basic level
4.Performance Controlling, Supply Chain Process——basic level
5.Strong Accounting knowledge——basic level
6.Knowledge of Siemens financial processes, SAP / MS Office experience——basic level
7.1 to 5 years experience in controlling, finance
8.Intermediate English
