-For our Wind Power and Renewables Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Calibration Technician for Tools and Lifting Equipment校验技术员.
What are my responsibilities?
-Preparation of protocols/QC reports and other QA documents in accordance to the Intergrated Management Systems (IMS)
-Approval, control and documentation of calibration data in approved software
-Give notice about measuring equipment due for calibration to the tool responsibles to let them manage collection of the equipment due for calibration
-Supervision of manufacturing process associated documentation (methods and tools)
-Follow-up on corrective actions and improvement programs/measures in production
-Gather Q-data for reports and statistics in principal and ad hoc root cause analysis
-Create, follow up on and close NCR reports related to measuring equipment
岗位职责：
目标：在工作任务中维护计量器和起重设备校验系统，和根据全球的统一标准做好文件登入。
-内部联系：工程师，供应链，维修，质量部相关人员。
-外部联系：校验服务供应商和技术方面的工具支持。
职责：
1. 依照IMS体系要求，准备条款，QC报告和其他QA资料。
2. 使用许可的软件来进行认可，控制和登录校验资料。
3. 通知相关人员把到校验日期的工具送来校验并在完成后交还。
4. 监督制造过程中相关的文件材料（针对工具的使用方法，使用工具的正确性）。
5. 监控生产中的纠正措施，改进项目，测量成品。
6. 为质量报告收集数据并准备相关原因分析。
7. 追踪和关注与测量设备有关的NCR报告。

-Above C:diploma degree
-Preparation, repair and handling of measurement equipment——advanced
-Quality Assurance Know How——basic
-Preparation, repair and handling of measurement equipment——advanced
-Educated for review of Technical and Quality——advanced
-IT knowledge and experience with MS office——basic
-Experience in Manufacturing and Quality assurance / control and support new suppliers
-ISO 9001: 2000, experience in supply chain and technical function areas
-cooperation with foreign suppliers / customers / licensees
-Intermediate English
