- For our Wind Power and Renewables Division in shanghai,we are looking for a SQE for Gearbox .
What are my responsibilities?
- Explain specifications for suppliers, clarify technical questions from suppliers.
- Evaluate suppliers' manufacturing quality assurance plan.
- Define, plan and perform Quality, Health and Safety audits and re-audits, corrective agreements, first article inspection, etc. according to Produce
- Technical follow-up at the supplier and "root cause analysis" on cast components for wind turbines. Frequent travel to the suppliers.
- Prepare audit plans, audit reports and visit reports in web-based share point
- Read and review drawings and specifications
- Non conformance handling
- Maintain supplier performance as daily work.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or bearing or gearbox.
- Experience in Gearbox,
- Professional expertise; Technical/product knowledge; Quality、Commercial knowledge. IT tools and methods; Languages; Negotiation skills; Giving presentations/Chairing meetings;
- Project management. APQP, PPAP is also required
- 5+ years ' experience with mechanical or bearing or gearbox.
- 3+ Supplier management experience.
- The experience of Supplier development is plus.
- ISO 9001 lead auditor, EN9102 experience.
- As a person you are assertive, proactive and result-oriented, and you have a structured and hands-on approach to complex tasks. You thrive in an international environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.
