Responsibilities:
- Carry out all-round HR operation, including advertisement releasing, interview & valuation, and candidates recommending, etc.
- Maintain and deliver HR policy, data and documents in an up-to-date and legal compliance manner
- Assist in handling routine HR inquiries via telephone and emails in line with company policies and government laws
- Deal with contracts/agreements signing procedures during enrollment, renewal and dismissal
- Assist in salary and social benefits calculation
- Assist in implementing regular performance review and Staff Handbook updates; investigation/mediation of labor disputes and hearing when needed
- Ensure smooth communication with internal staff and external customers of all levels
- Routine administrative issues
- Ad-hoc assignments by the company

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder and Shanghai residence; fresh graduates of 2013 or candidates with 1+ year relevant working experience will be preferred
- Very good command in both written and spoken English, TEM-4 is a must, English major with TEM-8 will be preferred
- Good knowledge of Labor law and HR regulations, major of Human Resource Management is preferred
- Easily adapted to multilingual and multicultural working environment
- Mature, good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, good sense of customer service
- Self-motivated, with initiative and able to work independently under pressure with minimum instructions
