主要职责

- 售前和售后咨询，解答客户询问，维护客户关系；

- 应用ERP系统高效正确处理订单并开具增值税发票；

- 处理售后订单，审核客户或经销商售后申请、处理售后相关事宜；

- 开具并寄送增值税发票，认证进项发票等其他发票事宜；

- 核对并协助税务相关事宜的处理；

- 协助处理其他客服和财务事宜，整理相关凭证

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历；

- 3年客服工作岗位，订单处理及售前售后服务经验，能很好地处理和客户的关系；

- 熟悉增值税开票系统及相关涉税事宜；

- 熟练掌握电脑应用，以及ERP系统处理；

- 良好的英语沟通能力；

- 工作态度积极向上
