营运：
1. 以热情、正直、诚实的行为发扬公司的企业文化、愿景和核心价值，传递完美的服务体验
2. 有效利用工具以保证门市营运卓越
3. 规划并执行门市各项营运目标达成计划，使门市获利最大化
伙伴：
1. 展现优秀的团队领导能力，认可个人及团队成就
2. 有效运用绩效管理工具，定期与伙伴进行绩效沟通，协助伙伴进步
3. 维护工作环境的清洁和整齐，确保伙伴工作安全
顾客：
1. 遵循标准服务流程，带领团队为每位顾客提供完美的体验
2. 确保执行冰淇淋及各项产品的制作及销售程序，保证提供品质一致的产品
3. 有效处理顾客抱怨，化危机为转机
4. 藉由积极的商圈拜访及party活动增强门市与顾客见互动
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，男女不限，年龄35岁以下，形象好；
2. 欢迎应届毕业生，有3-5年餐饮业工作经验优先，有较强的团队及店铺管理经验；
3. 能用英语与外籍顾客进行简单的交流；
4. 熟练操作办公自动化软件；
5. 处事灵活，追求时尚。
