GENERAL DESCRIPTION / JOB PURPOSE
Eastern China including Shanghai / Jiangsu / Zhejiang etc , it is very important place for SWI, SWI almost 50% figure come from this region, the market for this region keep growing, Eastern China Market are strong in different segments, but we will target on Energy distribution, Railway industry , Automotive, Nuclear etc , SPP must carry out big growth in this region, it is our strategy too
So We need promote Crouzet switch , we need find and extend new Customers and new Projects, the post will cover the whole Eastern China region market
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
？ To find new Customers and projects in the target segments( Energy distribution / Railway / Automotive / others )
？ To follow up and support the current Customers well and extend the new projects from them
？ To use the rich technical knowledge to realize adaptation strategy in Eastern China region
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
？ To major in mechanical or electrical engineer,
？ The candidate must have mechanical or electrical Engineer experience for 1 of 2 years, it is the better if he has experience to design switch or other device
？ The Candidate should be a solution salesman, not only to sell standard part, it is good if candidate has solution sales experience
？ To have good communication skill with Customers and Colleagues
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
？ To be proactive , honest and gentle disposition
？ 3~5 years related working experiences
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
？ Bachelor Degree
？ To major in technology course in the college
？ Good English Skills in oral and written
