REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. General Education:
a. Degree: Bachelor or above
b. Major: Accounting/Finance/Economics
2. Working Experience: 0-2 years accounting experience
3. Required Professional Skills: Strong analytic skills, attention to details, written communication skills in English and Chinese; able to work in teams, outstanding communication skills, Strong computer skills on MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任

Ensuring integrity and accuracy of plant’s financial performance and data
1. Responsible for monthly financial close activities, including:
a. Post Journal Entries
b. Analyze open purchase order report and post accruals
c. Account reconciliations
d. Prepares plant P&L and financial reports – expense versus budget analysis
e. Reporting and tracking of inventory
2. Bank Reconciliations
3. Intercompany account reconciliations
4. Government reporting
5. Annual audit work and tax preparation
6. Coding of invoices
7. Processing of intercompany payments
8. Coordinating weekly inventory cycle counts & investigate variances and issues
9. Assists in rolling of standards and product costs for manufacturing facility
10. Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
11. Work with Plant Management Team and Plant Analyst to build budgets
12. Managing plant capital asset report
13. Reporting of key plant performance metrics and measurements
