BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
？ Leading a project team to handle new project development, and responsible to manage whole technical solution from first prototype until mass production.
？ To manage each milestones of a new project through whole life circle, creating all necessary technical documents to support product in manufacture, and do continue improvement in ECO implementation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Leads and launches NPI project following NPI procedure.
？ Create full scale project plans, track project deliverables and monitor each step of NPI from Sample through to Volume production.
？ Define the project’s objectives and CTQ control throughout its life cycle.
？ Create technical documents for NPI running, and train operators drive technical skill for new project.
？ Support IE engineer complete integration layout to lead new project in to mass production.
？ Coordinate the project meeting through project development, each milestone and key technical definition, and hold project analysis meeting to release feasible workable solution to meet customer requirement.
？ Communication with customer for all technical issue to understand customer critical request, give suggestion to customer to reduce cost, improve manufacturability and improve quality.
？ Coordinate with related department to support project development:
？ Create project technical data base in to Engineering systems and support to ERP systems.
？ Create first article, lead new prototype qualification activity, coordinate each review meeting and lead team to pass each tollgate for NPI project development.
？ Responsible for training requirements / training plans and implementation.
？ Transfer customer ECN to Internal ECO and track/ implement the progress.

Education, Qualification and training
？ College education and major in Electronics

Experience or skills required
？ 3+ year’s professional working experience and at least 1 years working in multinational EMS manufacturing plant.
？ Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and integration, be familiar with international company working style and know each work process.
？ Be familiar with product manufacture, assembly, verification and validation. Know typical sheet metal product quality qualification testing.
？ Own experience with the third part testing lab for product qualification testing and know patent, e.g. UL, TUV ,CE etc. certificate.
？ Be familiar and have experience in DFMEA, DFM, and PFEMA engineering tools.
？ Senior & practical experience/skill in Project development and management.
？ Excellent skill in commitment to result and time oriented.
？ Strong communication, leadership and team work capability.
？ Good English skill in reading and Writing. .

Specialised knowledge or skills required
？ Pro-E, Solidworks, AutoCAD software.
