Roles & Responsibilities:-

? Accounting of all invoices, including AP&AR

Cooperating with project teams for timely issuing invoice and payment collection

Keeping signed contract safe and orderly

? Making the initiative payment plan and release payment to Vendors through E-banking

? Reconciliations of Bank accounts

? Monitor and support taxation issues especially VAT

? Monitoring employee expenses and employee advances

? Accounting of expenses, payment to vendors and employee reimbursements.

? Maintaining of petty cash and records of the same

Cooperating with Auditor regarding the Annual Audit and Annual Company Certificates check .

Desired Profiles –

? Education –Accounting Major, Bachelor will be ideal, 2-3years of experience is requested as the minimum

? Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles

? Knowledge and experience of related computer application

? Be familiar with Kingdee system and able to communicate by English especially in writing.

? Be familiar with VAT decoration and it’s systematic operation way

? Have the junior accountant certificate is preferred.
