岗位要求
1、中专或大专以上学历，会展、市场营销、经济学等相关专业；
2、形象好、口齿清晰、表达能力强、沟通意识佳、具亲和力，富有团队合作精神；
3、有出色的客户服务意识、较强的业务拓展能力能吃苦耐劳，有强烈的进取心和学习精神；
4、具备优秀的谈判能力和销售能力，思维敏捷，对市场具有敏锐的洞察能力和分析能力；
6、有两年以上保险销售、广告销售、地产招商、活动招商、会展招商工作经验者优先高考虑。

职位描述
1、根据公司项目规划，配合部门经理负责客户的招商招展工作；
2、与意向客户沟通活动细节，进行业务谈判，达成合同事宜；
3、维护良好的客户关系，并及时反馈客户信息；
4、收集、收录商家资源，整理商家数据库；
5、配合相关部门做好客商接待工作等；
6、完成上级交付的其他工作任务及事项。
7、从事过相关协会、理事会会员或理事单位邀请工作的优先考虑。


薪酬待遇
基本工资+绩效工资+奖金
其他福利：五险一金、双休、法定节假日、提供住宿
上班时间：周一到周五8：30-17：30，做五休二
