销售工程师-渠道销售/Sales Engineer-Contractor
职位描述：
1 负责指定区域内的销售业务管理；
2 根据公司要求完成绩效考核指标，包括订单额，销售额以及其他工作安排；
3 在指定销售区域内协助代理商开拓业务发展机会；
4 根据公司政策发展代理商网络并与指定行业和区域内现有的重点客户及代理商建立紧密的沟通及合作关系；
7. 配合市场宣传计划，以达到宣传活动的既定效果；
8. 与其他部门合作组织交流会以及各项客户关怀等活动；
9. 向直接领导汇报；
10. 其它上级交付的事宜

职位要求：
1 至少五年以上仪器仪表行业销售经验，其中至少具备三年渠道管理经验；
2 三年以上渠道管理及成功开发重点客户的经验；
3 出色的销售、谈判技巧；
4 能承受一定的工作压力；
5 思维创新，富于热情；
6 优秀的表达、沟通能力；
7 较好的英语交流、说写能力（英语四级水平或以上）；
8 能熟练应用办公室软件（PPT, EXCEL）；
9 能适应频繁的出差；
10 五年或以上工作经验，有仪表仪器销售经验，优先考虑！


Job Description:
6. Responsible the sales target in designated area
7. Based on the company KPI to achieve the target, it included sales target, incoming order amount, sales amount and other supporting work.
8. To develop the direct sales business opportunity in designated area
9. According to the company strategy to develop the direct sales network, a close and better communication will be built up between company and customer.
10. Cooperate with other department to organize the workshop and training activity
11. Cooperate with other department to organize the workshop and customer care activity
12. Report to the Sales Unit Manager
13. Other Ac-hoc responsibility from SUM


Job Requirements:
1 5 year or above working experience and at least 3 year indirect sales experience in dealer/channel sales product
2 3 year or above dealer/channel development and management experience
3 Good sales and negotiation skills
4 Able to work under pressure
5 Innovative thinking and full of passion
6 Excellent presentation, communication skills
7 Good English communication, written and spoken (English Cert 4 or above)
8 Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL)
9 Able to travel frequently
10 Relevant instruments company dealer/channel sales experience, priority to consider this position
