Dialogue Leader品牌数字营销主管(游泳部门)-- 迪卡侬品牌中心
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Dialogue Leader is responsible for the creation of product content, advice and services for brands.
He / She organize and develop dialogue with our customers before, during and after purchase.
YOUR MISSION
1. Production & management of communication supports
-Construct a retro-planning for in-store communication production from brand’s range list
-Produce communication materials: balisages, PLV, photos, videos…and guarantee product communication is of good quality and implanted on time
-Control and validate all the translations of communication materials
-Centralize, classify products information (photos, texts, videos) and build a brand’s product content database
-Create and develop the link between brand and other BUs of Decathlon group for a better cooperation
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Email Marketing
-Create the email marketing planning: choice of products, target…
-Create or organize the creation of the content (editorial, visual…) of the emails and landing pages
-Organize the external service providers (agencies/graphic designers/developers/delivery companies) and internal partners (customer relations marketing) participating in the development of email marketing campaigns
-Measure and optimize the performance of the campaigns (KPI reports, ROI)
Customer review
-Ensure the dissemination and organization of monthly reports on customer reviews
- Act as the international relay for your Country and Customs Zone contacts, to ensure the quality of the answers given to the customers and the performance indicators
- Implement activities, with the teams concerned, to increase the number of reviews per product
3. Content and Community Management
-Draft the annual schedule with all the content, in line with brand's communication plan
-Share brand information with internet users and gather their information: Promote dialogue between the brands and the customers.
-Monitor brand's online reputation and be proactive when it comes to crisis management
4. Brand events organization
-Draft and manage the events strategy for the brand
-Create external participatory events (Customer-Actor Events and Customer-Actor-Buyer Events), in conjunction with the Decathlon stores
-Implement or support the implementation of these events
