Previous experience:

Mechanical design at least two years.

Main Functions:

一、In charge of pharma mechanical design负责机械部门的机械设计

1、According the project specifications of freeze drier design the layout.

根据项目说明书设计冻干机总体布局图。

2、To use CAD and Solidworks drawing software design chamber, condenser, skid, door, shelf and so on non-standard mechanical parts of freeze drier.

运用CAD和Solidworks绘图软件设计冻干机干箱，冷井，机架，门，板层等非标机械零件。

3、Select standard parts such as bolts, nuts, O-rings, cylinder according to the needs of the project.

根据项目需求选择螺栓，螺母，O型圈，气缸等标准件。

4、To use Solidworks software to draw the project P & ID 3D Piping diagram.

运用Solidworks软件绘制项目的P&ID三维管路图。

5、To use ERP software manage the mechanical parts used in the projects, including non-standard parts and standard parts.

运用ERP软件管理项目上所用到的机械零件，包括非标件和标准件。

二、Communication and collaboration with refrigeration, electrical engineer与制冷、电气工程师沟通协作

1、Communication with the refrigeration engineers to ensure optional components can be properly installed and connected.

与制冷工程师沟通其选用的元件，确保其选用的元件能正确安装，连接。

2、Communication with the refrigeration engineers and provide installation space for the electrical components .

与电气工程师沟通，对其选用的电气元件提供安装空间。

三、Communication and collaboration with the productive department, to follow up on the progress of the project与生产部门沟通协作，跟进项目进度.

1、Timely delivery the Assembly drawings and installation drawings of parts for the production department.

为生产部门及时提供零件的装配图纸和安装图纸。

2、To guide workers correctly install the parts and solve the problems of the workshop in the installation of the parts in a timely manner.

指导工人正确安装零件，及时分析解决车间在零件安装时出现的问题。

四、Communication and collaboration with the purchasing department to follow up on the project parts procurement process. 与采购部门沟通协作，跟进项目零件的采购进程.

1、Sent the drawings of project required mechanical non-standard parts to the purchasing department.

将项目所需的机械非标件的图纸发送给采购部门。

2、Sent the mechanical standard parts that project required to the purchasing department.

将项目所需的机械标准件发送给采购部门。

3、Communication with purchasing engineer to follow up on the part of the procurement process.

与采购工程师沟通，跟进零件的采购进程。

五、Communication and collaboration with suppliers与供应商沟通协作

1、Analysis to solve the problems of mechanical non-standard parts suppliers met in the manufacture, such as drawings doubt, processing methods

分析解决机械非标件供应商在加工制作零件中发生的各种问题，如图纸疑问，加工方法等。

2、When the standard parts suppliers doubt for the parts of the model and specification, timely communication to solve.

当标准件供应商对于零件的型号规格有疑问时，及时沟通解决。

六、Communication and collaboration with the quality inspection departments与质检部门沟通协作

1、Sent the parts drawings the quality control engineer in order to check parts. Assist quality engineers to solve the problem of the quality of the part

将零件图纸提供给质检工程师，以便其检查零件。协助质检工程师解决零件质量问题。

2、Accompany the quality control engineers to check the CIP cleaning effect in the chamber.

与质检工程师共同检查干箱内置CIP的清洗效果。

3、Package the freeze drier under the assistance of the quality control engineer and complete packing list.

在质检工程师的协助下，打包冻干机及其备件，并完成打包清单。

七、Communication and collaboration with the warehouse与仓库沟通协作

1、To timely notice warehouse to assigned project required installation parts to the workshop.

及时通知仓库将项目所需的安装零件分配给车间。

2、Clean up the excess part of the project when the project is completed with warehouses and perfect ERP structure.

当项目完成后与仓库一起清理多余的项目零件，并完善ERP结构。

八、Other work arranged by engineer manager

其他工程师经理安排的工作。
