Position: Production Business – Account Sales Executive
Department: Production Business - China

Position Overview: Account Executive will be assigned with a specific list of customers in Central and Northern China. She/he is responsible to develop and grow the customer to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
· Work with Regional Business Development Manager(s) to work out a sales strategy for each assigned account
· Build long-term professional relationships with Digi-Key customers
· Utilize internal/external resources and tools to capture business
· Organize and drive thru the internal sales process
· Proactively Grow Customer Relationship
· Identify New Sales Opportunities
· Pursue Supply Chain Opportunities
· Follow up on Sales Leads/Opportunities
· Actively participate in business related communications
· Ability to strategize and advocate customers’ needs for a win/win solution
· Educate customers on Digi-Key services and align with customer needs
· Maintain and comply with US Export Laws
· Other duties as assigned/required

Requirements/Skills:
· 2-3 years of telesales and/or inside sales experience
· Positive attitude, open-minded and team player
· Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Ability to complete work in a timely manner and follow through to completion
· Excellent listening and communication skills to gain a full understanding of customer’s needs
· Excellent organizational skills
· General experience with both Microsoft Excel/Word
· Able to communicate in English
· Ability to work with customers on a ‘one to one’ basis to develop relationships
· Ability to determine customer needs and coordinate them with Digi-Key services
