职位描述
Primary objective/General overview:
Active Participation SAP Roll In Project within but not limited to Asia-Pacific
Deep Knowledge of SD Model Solution
Ensure SAP customization and functional analysis activity on SD Module
Provide timely and coherent solutions for local business needs
Main responsibilities and measurements:
Ensure Application of Core Model Solution avoiding local solutions
Design Business Blue Print for approved requirements
Deliver functional analysis that ensure robust solutions with no rework (Defects / Bugs) required
Work with the IT Team, Business Teams and key users within the Sales and Logistics structure
Develop means for skills and knowledge transfer.
Ensure robust and reliable systems are maintained
Ensure requirements are fully understood for approved business requests
Provide alternative options for each business request for discussion and review by Stream Leader/Business Responsible.
Provide new designed solution and documentation.
Estimate all activities and effort in planning for delivery of solutions to meet project milestones.
Execute SAP customizing on SD module
Design functional specifications to be passed to technical programmer for developments.
Immediate Identification and prompt escalation of issues arising during delivery of solutions to stream leaders
Obtain completion of business and IT team (China) sign off for delivered solutions, ensuring business requirements have effectively been met
Provide documentation in the form of both IT functional specs and end user training for delivery of solutions
Execute user training activity and user acceptance test
Perform Sap Go Live Support
Formal qualifications/certification required
Business or computer science degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years SAP experience in SDModule (WM module is a plus)
3-5 years business or system development experience
Strong self organization and work management skills
Strong Sap knowledge for both customizing activity in SD SAP and functional analysis design
Strong business analysis skills and business understanding
Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business
Previous experience working within an international SAP Roll In Program
Fluent English
Team Working attitude
Availability for long lasting travels domestic and overseas (mainly Asia Pacific Area)
