Roles & Responsibilities:
？ Manage operational evolution of telecom requirements
？ As a regional representative of Operations team (2nd Level), ensure the follow-up of tickets escalated either reactively by the business or proactively by the 1st level support and coordinates the different parties involved.
？ Escalate technical matters that require high level technical knowledge to Telecom Engineering (3rd Level) for action with a detailed explanation of the symptoms and business impact.
？ Manage the problems according to the methodology to make sure recurring issues are identified and permanently solved.
？ Translate business needs sent by business IT to technical change requests and ensure implementation by contracted Telecom provider following the agreed-upon change management process.
？ Update Inventory databases with a focus on technical and administrative information needed by telecom provider to manage site evolution / troubleshoot operational issues
？ Suggest updates of Customer Service Plan to Operations management when appropriate.

Typical Education Level教育背景： Scientific Bachelor Degree
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能：
Recent CCNA/CCNP certification, TSHOOT training completion appreciated, Telecom experience (practical troubleshooting of corporate and carrier network) and minimal exposure to International environment
Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质：
English fluency required, very good communication skills, service oriented mind-set
